Borgezie has created a shoe that costs $155,000 per pair, comprised almost entirely of diamonds and gold.

5.18 Carats Orange Fire Opal and Diamond Ring in Hong Kong Auction
Not often we find orange fire opal jewelry in auction. Black opal is more well-known in jewelry market. A cabochon fire opal set with two triangular-shaped diamonds within a pave-set diamond surround, to the elevated diamond-set gallery and three quarter-hoop, mounted in platinum and 18k white gold. The fire opal and diamond ring was priced at $15,308.
Precious fire opal is opal with an orange to red color with play of color. This type of opal is unique in the lush world of the opals. The three criteria which determine the price of a fire opal are play of color, body color and transparency. The more transparency and fire it has, and the more intense the deep red of its body color, the more valuable it will be.

Significant Un-heated 65.17 carats Mogok Sapphire from Christie's Dubai Sale
I just found a very huge cushion-shaped sapphire, Burma (Mogok, Pain Pyit) origin, weighed 65.17 carats in Christie’s Dubai auction results last April 2010.
The un-heated huge blue Mogok sapphire was certified by the GRS Research Swiss Lab for the origin and no treatment. Rarely, we can find un-heated Burmese sapphire in this size. I consider it priceless.
However, the auction ended with $164,500 from the estimate price of $45,000-$55,000. Actually it was the auction price for a blue sapphire, diamond, and emerald ring designed by Manuel Bouvier.
